Description
RG142 Coaxial Cable
RG142 is a High Power, Indoor/Outdoor, Coaxial cable.
The RG142 has excellent attenuation stability. The silver-plated outer conductor prevents oxidation of the conductors thereby minimizing attenuation change vs time. Conversely, bare copper outer conductors may oxidize quite rapidly precipitating loss increase.
High Temperature Handling, Unsurpassed flexibility and bendability are advantageous features of the cable design.
The mechanical properties of the cable such as the solid dielectric provides superior crush resistance and therefore is well suited for tactical applications.
There are a wide variety of connectors available for this cable, including all common interface types.
