RG393 Cable Assembly – Create Your Own
The RG393 cable assembly has high power handling capabilities. Additionally – the cable has excellent attenuation stability. The silver-plated outer conductors prevent oxidation of the conductors thereby minimizing attenuation change vs time. Conversely, bare copper outer conductors may oxidize quite rapidly precipitating loss increase.
High Temperature Handling, Unsurpassed flexibility and bendability are advantageous features of the RG393 Cable Assembly design.
The mechanical properties of the cable such as the solid dielectric provides superior crush resistance and therefore is well suited for tactical applications.
The RG393 Cable Assembly is designed for outdoor exposure incorporate FEP jackets for UV resistance. The FEP jacket is also chemically inert, this means it has excellent resistance to corrosive fuels, chemicals and oils.
