RG55 Coaxial Cable
RG55 is a High Power, Indoor/Outdoor, 53Ohm, Coaxial cable.
The RG55 has excellent attenuation stability. The Tinned Copper outer conductors prevents oxidation of the conductors thereby minimizing attenuation change vs time. Conversely, bare copper outer conductors may oxidize quite rapidly precipitating loss increase.
High Temperature Handling, Unsurpassed flexibility and bendability are advantageous features of the RG55 cable design.
The mechanical properties of the cable such as the solid PE dielectric provides superior crush resistance and therefore is well suited for tactical applications.
There are a wide variety of connectors available for this cable, including all common interface types.
