Description
RG59 Cable Assembly – Create Your Own
The RG59 Cable Assembly is Flexible, Ultra Low Loss, 75-ohm and can be supplied in any length.
How are the RG59 Cable Assembly Low Loss Figures Achieved?
This is achieved due to the cable construction specifications. The centre conductor uses a high conductivity, Bare copper centre conductor material. The dielectric is nitrogen injected, foamed, Polyethylene which achieves 80% Velocity of Propagation. The Dielectric has an Aluminium foil outer conductor, which is chemically bonded on to it. Due to the cable construction, the attenuation is significantly lower as compared to single shielded coaxial cables.
Outer Jacket
The RG59 Cable Assembly comes with a PVC Jacket. This contributes towards the cable offering good flexibility for ease of installation.
Frequency Operating Band
RG59 is designed to operate excellent from DC – 1GHz.
RG59 Flexible Low Loss Communications Coaxial Cable is ideal for:
- Satellite Applications
- VSAT applications
- Video applications such as CCTV, CATV, baseband or broadband
- In-Building Feeder Runs
- Any 75-ohm Wireless Application requiring an easily routed low loss RF cable
